Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Mindcracker, available through the platform, collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our skills, games, profile, leaderboard, wallet, payments, rewards, and certificate features.
Effective date: March 19, 2026
What This Policy Covers
This policy applies to the Mindcracker website and app experience, including account creation, sign-in, skill progress, game scores, gem rewards, Polygon wallet features, certificate minting, public certificate pages, and checkout flows.
It describes how data is handled by Mindcracker and by service providers we use to deliver those features.
Information We Collect
Account and identity information may include your name, email address, phone number, authentication provider identifiers, profile image, wallet status, and internal user id. Depending on the sign-in method you choose, this data may come from email/password sign-in, Google sign-in, or phone verification through Firebase.
Learning and gameplay information may include enrolled skills, lesson progress, submitted answers, XP, levels, streaks, badges, leaderboard position, game scores, profile inventory, token economy actions, and certificate status.
Wallet, blockchain, and certificate information may include public wallet addresses, token balances, reward queue status, transaction hashes, explorer links, certificate records, and public share links when those features are enabled.
Payment and order information may include selected purchase bucket, gem amounts, Stripe checkout session ids and payment status, and the wallet credit status tied to a purchase.
Device and usage information may include browser data, app errors, operational logs, and local browser storage used to remember lesson progress or game high scores on your device.
How We Use Information
We use information to create and secure accounts, sign users in, sync profile records, restore skill progress, calculate XP and badge unlocks, display leaderboard rankings, and power profile and marketplace features.
We also use information to provision Polygon smart accounts, queue or reconcile gem rewards, process certificate purchases, generate public certificate pages, and support social-share links when you choose to use them.
Operationally, we use logs and usage signals to troubleshoot errors, monitor platform health, prevent abuse, detect fraud, and improve features.
Public Features and Onchain Visibility
Some parts of Mindcracker are intentionally public. The leaderboard can display your learner name, XP, level, badges, and streak. Public certificate pages can display learner name, skill title, mint date, and certificate cost.
Blockchain activity is public by design. If a reward, achievement, or reward transfer is recorded on Polygon, related wallet addresses, contract interactions, and transaction hashes may be visible on public explorers.
Public blockchain records typically cannot be edited or deleted by Mindcracker once confirmed onchain.
Payments, Rewards, and Digital Assets
Card payments are processed through Stripe. Mindcracker does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers.
gem rewards, gem purchases, certificate purchases, and related wallet credits may require storing reward ids, order ids, payment status, blockchain status, and failure details needed to complete or reconcile the transaction flow.
How We Share Information
We share information with service providers that help operate the platform, including Firebase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for card checkout, and blockchain and wallet infrastructure for Polygon account and token operations.
If you choose Google sign-in, phone sign-in, or a social-share action, the relevant provider receives the data needed to complete that action.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce platform rules, to investigate fraud or abuse, or to protect users, the platform, or the public.
Retention and Security
We retain account, progress, reward, payment, and certificate data for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain user records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Local browser data such as saved progress or high scores may remain on your device until you clear your browser storage.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no website, payment flow, or blockchain network can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your Choices
You can choose whether to create an account, which sign-in method to use, whether to connect payment flows, and whether to mint or share certificates.
You may contact Mindcracker support for account support or questions about your data in the app.
Requests involving public blockchain records or public certificate pages may have practical limits because some records are designed to remain visible after publication or onchain confirmation.
Changes and Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
